Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping

We ship to customers all around the world, and shipping is free on every order with tracking included. There is no minimum purchase.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Busy periods, customs checks and carrier delays may extend these times.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact snoozeroute@gmail.com with your order number and we will help.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
