These Terms of Service govern your use of the Snoozeroute online store and any purchase you make from it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country are not affected.

This store is operated by Dimas Hidalgo Medina (sole trader), trading as Snoozeroute, Tax ID (NIF) 21105483Q, Calle Indiano Medina 63, 35460 Gáldar, Las Palmas, Spain. Contact: snoozeroute@gmail.com. The store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform and checkout.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images may show the product in use for illustration. Our products are comfort and travel accessories; they are not medical devices. For passenger use only: never use them while driving.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any discounts applied. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free. Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day promise and your statutory rights.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes. All text, images and branding on this website belong to Snoozeroute or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
